Psychotherapy and Counselling
A space to be heard and understood
I offer a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can explore what is going on for you, at your own pace.

ABOUT MY APPROACH
Therapy is a collaborative process.
Together, we can make sense of difficult experiences, patterns or challenges and explore new ways of relating to yourself and others.

Person-centred
Integrative
Neuroaffirming
Your experience is at the centre of our work together. You are met with empathy, respect and without judgement.
I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, tailored to what feels most helpful for you.
I respect and affirm neurodiversity, working in ways that honour your nervous system and how your brain processes the world.
I work with people who are...
Navigating challenges, seeking understanding and change.
This might include difficulties with:
-
ADHD, neurodivergence and late identification or diagnosis
-
Trauma and understanding past experiences
-
Anxiety and overwhelm
-
Stress and burnout
-
Self-esteem, identity and self-understanding
-
Relationships
-
Parenting and the emotional demands of family life
-
Low mood and depression
-
Grief and loss
-
Life transitions, change and uncertainty

Considering therapy?
I currently offer in-person sessions in Stillorgan, Dublin on Thursdays, with limited online appointments available on weekday mornings.
We’ll begin with an initial session to explore what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping for and whether working together feels like a good fit. The session fee is €80, and it’s entirely up to you whether you’d like to continue working together regularly after that.
To enquire about availability, arrange an initial appointment or request a brief phone call first, please complete the form below and I’ll get back to you by email.
