Training and Consultation

I provide bespoke training and consultation for schools, colleges, services and organisations across Ireland and beyond.

My work focuses particularly on trauma-informed practice, alongside neurodiversity, emotional regulation, relationships and understanding behaviour. I bring together knowledge from psychology, psychotherapy, neuroscience and education, translating it into practical approaches that make sense in the realities of people's everyday work.

Every training is developed around the people in the room - their setting, their experience and what they need to take away from the session.

I also offer online courses and webinar series for those looking to access training independently or flexibly.

Training Designed Around Your Setting

I don't believe in delivering the same presentation to every audience.

All of my training is bespoke, shaped around your organisation, the people attending and what you want the training to achieve.

Sessions are designed to be engaging and participative, balancing accessible knowledge with reflection, discussion and practical application. My aim is for people to leave not only with a better understanding of the subject, but with ideas they can realistically apply within their own role and setting.

Training can incorporate real-world scenarios, group discussion, reflective activities, practical strategies and resources, with the balance adapted to the size, experience and needs of the group.
